GAMBLING QUESTION.....I LIKE CRAPS AND BLACKJACK?

What are good basic money management guidelines when your a occasional gambler like myself?? I usually bring 500 dollars to the casino. What type of bets should i be making/not making at the above games if I am basically conservative? What should my cutoffs be if i am winning/losing?? Meaning at what percentage of my 500 dollars should I call it a day, whether I am winning or losing?? I know the answer depends on my risk tolerance...please dont remind me of that...i'm looking for general guidelines...THANX
