Titration Chemistry Problem..?

to titrate something to its endpoint, you need the same number of H+ ions as OH- ions. HCl provides 1 H+ and NaOH provides 1 OH-, so you will need the same total number of moles of each to do this. Remember that 1 M means 1 mole perliter. Since you only have 28 mL, you have 28/1000 moles of H+ ions, or 0.028 moles. If you are adding it to 20 mL to get to the ent point, this means that there are also 0.028 moles in 20 mL so 20 mL = 0.02L. 0.028moles/0.02L = 1.4 moles per liter, or 1.4 M
