Should I do this fantasy football trade?

I'd be getting Deangelo Williams, Larry Fitzgerald, and Eli Manning and i'd give up Vincent Jackson, Steven Jackson, and Tom Brady. The big reason im considering it is because I still have Kurt Warner, and my other WR's include miles austin, tj houshmanzadeh, brandon marshall, and RB's i got michael turner, frank gore, jamal charles, brandon jacobs, kevin smith(8 team league)..what do you guys think?
