Did i eat well so far?

my question to you would be, what are you trying to accomplish? are you working out? However many calories you were taking in, if you want to loose weight, you need to cut your calories, burn more than you take in and try to eat small portions through out the day. Make sure you are taking in fiber and a multi vitamin as well as veggies with some protein...just make sure you eat small well balanced meals through out the day. It seems what you have eaten so far is pretty good, just try to eat more protein and whatever you do, do not drink anything with caffeine in it, try to substitute that for H2O
