What can i do about racial discrimination at restaurant?

Contact the manager of the store, then the district manager, and the corporation if necessary. Subways are franchised and I can ure you that the last thing they would want is a discrimination suit brought against them. Go to the store and get the names of those employees, because the manager/owner will want to know their names.
