GET CUSTOM MADE DRESS?

im going to a banquet and i have a dress that i picked out and its perfect. its too much for just a dress im only going to wear once, so im looking for a place where you can send in pictures of the dress you want with a little change here and there and they can make it for you. PLEASE HELP :) ive seen places that make it for you but its waay too much, and i can only spend less than $100 thanks ;D
