What kind of movies are these and what are some similar movies?

the Invisible, the Covenant, Jumper, and the Lost Boys. I like movies with some sort of Sci-fi, or fantasy element, and some action but that aren't overly scary. I'm not a complete wimp, I'll watch scary movies, I just don't enjoy them very much. XD I also liked 21, if anyone knows any movies similar to that.
