What is the best exersize to shed 4 kgs in a month or two?

hit the gym 6 days a week...do cardio and weights for 3 days(lets say Sunday,Tuesday & Thursday) and lesser cardio but yoga and pilates in betweens for another 3 days(you got it, Monday,Wednesday and Friday)...relax well and eat small portions of all your favourite foods ONLY on Saturday...
