I am glad you will have your privates :p . Anyways, look at University of North Dakota and Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University. You can build lots of hours at Riddle as an instructor. if you get hired full time you get a break on tuition and they will either pay for you to get your MEI (Multi-Engine Instructor) or the CRJ simulator. Yeah 25k year sucks, but we all have to do it sometime man. check out riddle and see what you think. www.erau.edu and look up the Aeronautical Science program. Good luck
