Finding irrational root on a degree 5 polynomial?

I graphed this this polynomial " -5x^5-x^4-9x^3+8x^2-9x-3" and found out this has no rational root, 1 irrational root and 4 imagery. So I don't know how to solve for the exact value of the irrational root with since I can't use synthetic division. Please Help
