Car accident help, could i be deemed at fault?

i got in a car accident few days ago, i was the only one in my car. Hit in my driver seat, ended in the hospital unconcious with a few broken bones. the other car penger (owner of the other car) went to hospital also unconscious. my car deemed totaled and theirs 7000 in damages. so far theyr according to police at fault, but theyr saying my headlights were out which im not aware of anything like that. i was in my lane turning right and i suppose they were turning left from their lane wich in translation i was going north and than turned east they were going south and turned east also. is it possible cause of my headlight i could be deemed at fault? pardon my spell errors
