Cam i bring up in court she is not a US citizen?

ex got a order protection on me, she is from canada but lives here in the states. she has contacted me after she got this order protection. she has hit me twice, I have not hit her or abused her. Could I get her for slander, and scaring me , false accusations could I bring all this up in court? She seems to be trying to ruin me it appears.
